Ruth Ann Loving
You are invited to the 2:00 PM opening of the juried exhibit "Arts Healing Journey" at the fourth floor lobby of Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, VA on Thursday, February 4, 2010.
Included in the show will be two abstract paintings by Ruth Ann Loving entitled, "Summer Rain" and "Heaven's Song." The purpose of the exhibit is to promote healing and a percentage of any sales will be donated to Mary Washington Hospice. After a month at Mary Washington Hospital the show will travel to Carriage Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for March and Wilburn Gardens Assisted Living for April. Ruth Ann feels that it is an honor to be a part of this new endeavor.

Brandon Newton Gallery

Brandon will be having an "open paint" class every wednesday evening from 7-8:30. The cost is $25 per class. February's painting theme is "architecture and street scenes". Anyone interested can email brandon@brandonnewtonart.com for details.

in Mid-Atlantic New Painting at the University of Mary Washington.

at the FCCA Regional Juried Exhibition.

Pam Allen
Pam Allen was selected to paint a commission watercolor for the new
Spotsylvania Medical Center on Rt 17, opening in the spring of 2010. Pam’s watercolor
will be a scene of children in a park, and the painting will be located in the cafeteria.
Pam has also recently become a member of the Virginia Watercolor Society.
