Throughout my adult life, I often returned to painting as a way to express my creativity. It wasn’t until I took a watercolor class with Joan Limbrick through Liberty Arts Workshop that I truly fell in love with the medium. Since then, I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery, developing a personal style that reflects my inspirations and experiences. Growing up in New York, frequent trips to the Adirondacks instilled in me a deep appreciation for nature and landscapes, which remain a central theme in my work. I also enjoy creating still life pieces using objects that hold personal meaning. While watercolor is my primary medium, I also find joy in working with pastels. I’m happy to call Fredericksburg my home, where I live with my husband and two Whippets. My art continues to be a reflection of the places and moments that inspire me.
